Satisfaction Guarantee
Alaska Home Pack guarantees our customer’s satisfaction of products and services. If the customer finds any discrepancy with the quality of seafood, delivery of shipments, or other services, the customer may contact Alaska Home Pack within 14-days from the occurrence of that discrepancy in order for Alaska Home Pack to resolve the issue.
Delivery & Proper Handling of Product
Alaska Home Pack guarantees seafood will arrive at or below a temperature of 40 ℉ to its determined delivery address. Alaska Home Pack will include a FedEx tracking number in each “completed email” for each customer to timely track the delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure proper handling of the seafood into a freezer to keep the product frozen, or a refrigerator where thereafter the seafood should be consumed within the declared shelf life.
If the product does not arrive at or below 40 ℉ Alaska Home Pack will issue a full refund or reship the order with new frozen product. Seafood that does not arrive at or below the above stated temperature should not be consumed. Alaska Home Pack is released from all liability and responsibility if the customer chooses to go against proper handling protocols on their own accord.
Subscriptions & Fluctuation of Prices
By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation. Alaska Home Pack may submit periodic charges without further authorization from you, until you provide prior notice that you have terminated this authorization or wish to change your payment method. Such notice will not affect charges submitted before Alaska Home Pack reasonably could act.
Alaska Home Pack prices are subject to change based on market fluctuations and reserve the right to alter prices or seafood quantities based on market fluctuations at any time and discretion.
COVID-19 Clause
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic FedEx, the shipping company designated to transport our products, may not require a signature or an in-person delivery and may leave the shipment unattended at the requested delivery address. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to be aware of the scheduled delivery of the shipment and retrieve it in a timely manner in order to prevent perishability of the products. Alaska Home Pack is not responsible for perished seafood due to the customer’s negligence and lack of understanding of FedEx’s Covid-19 protocol.
