Refund policy

Do to the perishable nature of our product we do not have a return policy. Keep reading to learn more about our refund or replacement policy.

We have a 14-day refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund if you are not satisfied with your product. You can request a refund to the original form of payment or a replacement box of equal value.


To be eligible for a refund or a replacement box, you must provide proof of damage, ideally with photos of the product and the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We will evaluate your request and reply within 2 business day.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If possible please take photos.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on gift cards, but depending on the circumstance if product arrived damaged we would consider replacement options.

Refunds or Replacements

If the a claim is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@akhomepack.com. If you have chosen a replacement box, we will ship within 2 days of the next shipping period which is Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday.
